gerçekleşmez.”
Artık bu aşamada;
* Ne kadar iyi bir öğretmensiniz?
* Hangi öğretim tekniklerini biliyor ve kullanıyorsunuz?
* Hangi gelişmiş mekan ve ekipmanları kullanıyorsunuz?
Hiç birinin önemi yoktur!
Bu nedenle, ilk amaç; öğrenciyi
dersten nefret ettirmemek olmalıdır. İkinci aşamada, dersi ve hocayı sevimli
kılacak-sevdirecek bir dil ve yöntem tercih edilmelidir. Öğrenci, öğretmeni sevmeli
ki, saygıyı unsuru için zorlanılmasın.
Öğrenci bilişsel süreçte,
öğreti ile ilgili nedensellik kurabilmeli. Öyle ya, öğrenci zamanını neye
harcadığını, niçin harcadığını ve öğretinin ne işe yarayacağını bilebilirse, bu
konuda ona rehber olmanıza izin verecektir. Kaldı ki, bir gün öğretmen olarak
yaşantısından siz çıktığınızda, o bilgilere ve o öğretiye ihtiyacı olduğunda,
yeni bir öğretmenin varlığını gerekli bulabilsin. Aksi durumlarda öğrencinin
zamanını boş yere harcamış olursunuz. Buna kimsenin hakkı yoktur.
Bilmek, öğrenmek her insanın
hakkıdır. Tüm çocukların bu şanslarının olabilmesini yürekten arzuluyorum.

Öğrenme gerçekleşti dediğiniz aşamadan sonra, eğer öğrenci, öğretmen olmadan
bilgiyi ortaya koyamıyorsa…

None of that matters!
Therefore, the first goal should be to prevent the student from hating the subject. In the second stage, a language and method that makes the subject and the teacher appealing and likable should be preferred. The student should like the teacher so that respect isn't forced upon them.
The student should be able to establish causality regarding the teaching in the cognitive process. After all, if the student knows what they are spending their time on, why they are spending it, and what the teaching will be useful for, they will allow you to guide them in this matter. Moreover, when you leave their life as a teacher one day, they should be able to find the presence of a new teacher necessary when they need that information and teaching. Otherwise, you will have wasted the student's time. No one has the right to do that.
Knowing and learning are the rights of every human being. I sincerely wish that all children could have this chance. I wish I had such power…
And an important final word… After the stage where you say learning has taken place, if the student cannot produce the knowledge without the teacher…
